Registration Info

  • By completing this form, the registered individual/s are a member of Baseball NZ, their baseball club and regional association and therefore are entitled to all member benefits that are included in this membership and the associated membership fees.
  • All baseball players, coaches, umpires and scorekeepers participating within any grade of baseball, from junior to senior, must complete a 2026-2027 registration form before participating in baseball games, leagues, or tournaments at all levels of baseball.
  • The data gathered from this form allows clubs, regional associations and Baseball NZ to administer and manage the game of baseball.  It is a requirement for all of baseball’s participants (players, coaches, umpires, scorekeepers, and volunteers) to be registered using Baseball NZ’s National Registration Form before taking the diamond.

Post a Group Session

For clinics and group bookings — a separate flow from your 1:1 slots above. Requires a "Group Session" row already set up for you in the Coaches sheet.
Age is a warning shown to you, not a hard limit — you can still accept someone outside this band.
If the minimum hasn't been reached by this deadline, the session is automatically cancelled. Defaults to 24 hours before the session starts — edit as you like.
