Used to personalise the emails your customers receive about their lessons.
Shown in customer emails instead of your full name — e.g. "Coach Junghun" instead of "Junghun Kim". Leave blank to use your full name.
A short note shown alongside your email/mobile telling customers the best way to reach you.
Payment Instructions
Shown to customers automatically when you confirm a lesson — e.g. bank account details, or "cash on the day."
Post a Group Session
For clinics and group bookings — a separate flow from your 1:1 slots above. Requires a "Group Session" row already set up for you in the Coaches sheet.
Same day and time each week. Untick any week there's no session (e.g. a public holiday). Players register once for the whole programme; registrations close when the first session starts.
Age is a warning shown to you, not a hard limit — you can still accept someone outside this band.
If the minimum hasn't been reached by this deadline, the session is automatically cancelled. Defaults to 24 hours before the session starts — edit as you like.

Lesson Packs
Sell a block of lessons (e.g. 5) for one of your lesson types. Customers request a pack, you confirm it and they're sent a payment link; once paid they get a code to use when booking each lesson.
