Register in 3 easy steps

  • Step 1

    Complete the Registration form including player, parent and select which league or leagues you wish to play in, noting the Little League age chart. You must be 18 years to complete the form or have a parent or guardian complete

    Part two of the registration form will include payment of the fees. All fees can be found here and are also stated at the top of the registration form

  • Step 3

    Once you have submitted your registration form, we'll receive notification. We will collate all submissions and create the teams and the Club or the coach will notify you by the email you submit on the registration form

  • Bring A Friend Offer

    When your friend signs up and mentions you in the Bring a Friend field on the registration form and pays for their membership, you'll get a $50 rebate for each friend on your fees credited back to your bank account the week before the first game of the season! More info below.

Bring a Friend Offer

At Central City Baseball Club, we believe that the only thing better than playing baseball is playing baseball with your friends. That's why we're one of the clubs excited to introduce a "Bring a Friend" offer! 

 If you're a returning player at Central City Baseball Club, you can now invite your friends who didn't play baseball for Central City last year to join our incredible community.

When your friend signs up and mentions you in the Bring a Friend field on the registration form and pays for their membership, you'll get a $50 rebate for each friend on your fees credited back to your bank account the week before the first game of the season. It's a perfectly turned double play! More of your friends playing for the club and cheaper fees for you**. So grab your mitt, call up your crew, and let’s play ball! Because life’s curveballs are easier to handle when you’ve got friends alongside you.

* You must have been registered at Central City last season.

** Maximum total rebate is up to the value of your fees paid for the year.

Registration Info

  • By completing this form, the registered individual/s are a member of Baseball NZ, their baseball club and regional association and therefore are entitled to all member benefits that are included in this membership and the associated membership fees.
  • All baseball players, coaches, umpires and scorekeepers participating within any grade of baseball, from junior to senior, must complete a 2024 - 2025 registration form, before participating in baseball games, leagues or tournaments at all levels of baseball.
  • The data gathered from this form allows clubs, regional associations and Baseball NZ to administer and manage the game of baseball.  It is a requirement for all of baseball’s participants (players, coaches, umpires, scorekeepers) and volunteers to be registered using Baseball NZ’s National Registration Form before taking the diamond.

Next Steps

As mentioned, once registered you will be contacted with confirmation of your grade and team details (including training).  This may take a few weeks, as we load registrations, so please be patient.  If you need to contact us in the mean time, please do so at secretary@centralcitybaseball.org.nz.

Fees

Despite facing various cost increases this season, Central City has worked hard to either hold or reduce team fees for the 2024-2025 period. This decision reflects our dedication to providing accessible services without additional financial burden on our members. We understand the importance of transparency and stability in pricing, especially in times of change, and we strive to uphold these values for the benefit of our community.

Grades and fees for the season are as follows. ** All registrations completed and paid before October 20th with include a limited edition Central City Baseball Club T-Shirt.

T- Ball (8 & under): $80
Minor League (10 & under) $170
Major League (12 & under) $220
Intermediate League (13 & under) $225
Junior League (14 & under) $225
Senior League (16 & under) $245
Big League (19 & under) $295

 

  • PLAYER ages are as at 31 August 2025 - see chart)
  • MENS Premier (adult highly competitive) $300
  • Divisional (adult recreational): $270
  • If playing multiple grades your fees equal the higher grade plus $100.
