• Step 1

    Create a Gameday passport.

Gameday is the new registration system that Baseball New Zealand is using.

Take me to the page to create my passport
  • Step 2

Check your player(s) Little League age and decide if they will be playing a single division or multiple division. The discounted fee for playing a second division is $75.

This applies to Youth and Senior Divisions

    Check the age chart
  • Step 3

Enter the information for each player, member or volunteer using the registration page

Please note, if you are registering as a coach, volunteer, or umpire, you will need to also complete a Police Vetting Form and provide a form of ID so please have your ID ready as the form does not save progress.

  • Extra Notes

If you are registering multiple players or members the system will ask you to procced to payment after your first player. Please just click this button and it will, in actual fact, take you to your next player.

If you need to pay your season fees in installments then please contact the club at info@ccbaseball.co.nz and we will arrange this with you.

Registration Info

  • By completing this form, the registered individual/s are a member of Baseball NZ, their baseball club and regional association and therefore are entitled to all member benefits that are included in this membership and the associated membership fees.
  • All baseball players, coaches, umpires and scorekeepers participating within any grade of baseball, from junior to senior, must complete a 2024 - 2025 registration form, before participating in baseball games, leagues or tournaments at all levels of baseball.
  • The data gathered from this form allows clubs, regional associations and Baseball NZ to administer and manage the game of baseball.  It is a requirement for all of baseball’s participants (players, coaches, umpires, scorekeepers) and volunteers to be registered using Baseball NZ’s National Registration Form before taking the diamond.
