• Seeking nominations for the position of President - Roy Antunovich will be standing for re-election
• Life Member - the CCBC board has nominated Andrew Laird for life membership
• Proposal for fees structure for the 2026/27 season
• Proposal of a new by-law setting up Diamond Lab as an internal branch of CCBC
• Proposal to adopt "Chargers"  as the official club nickname

Any member of CCBC may submit additional motions for the AGM, these must be sent to president@ccbaseball.co.nz by July 20th, 8:00p.m. at the latest.
