AGM - 2025

The Annual General Meeting for the club will take place online on September 15th at 8:00pm

There are two important items for this AGM,

1) The Central City executive have all reached the end of their current terms:

• President - Roy Antunovich will be standing for re-election. Any other nominations will be welcomed.
• Vice President - Travis McGrath will be standing for re-election. Any other nominations will be welcomed.
• Treasurer - Bronwyn Rensburg will only be standing if no other nominations are received. We are urgently seeking nominations for the role of Treasurer.
• Secretary - Kiri Hay will not be seeking re-election. We are urgently seeking nominations for the role of Secretary.

2) With the introduction of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 we need to change to a new constitution that is compliant with act. You can read the proposed new constitution here.

This will be a Microsoft Teams meeting:

We are required to have a minimum of 10 members present at the AGM, so please join us if you can.

The AGM will follow the agenda outlined in our constitution:

• Opening of Meeting
• Apologies
• Confirmation of Minutes of previous Annual General Meeting
• Presentation of Annual (President’s) Report
• Presentation of Treasurer’s statement
• Election of New Executive
• Vote of thanks to outgoing Executive
• Notice/s of Motion if any
• Relevant general business
• Closure
