Coaching Lessons

1. Who you're booking with

Your one-on-one lesson booking made through this website is a booking directly with the named coach ("the Coach"), not with Central City Baseball Club ("the Club"). The Coach is solely responsible for providing the lesson — its content, delivery, and quality — and for their own coaching qualifications.

2. The Club's role — payment collection only

The Club is not the supplier of the lesson. The Club's role is limited to collecting your payment on the Coach's behalf, as the Coach's disclosed booking agent, and passing the Coach's share on to them. The Club retains a fixed, disclosed service fee for providing this payment-collection service; this does not change the fact that your contract for the lesson itself is with the Coach.

3. If something goes wrong with a lesson

If you have any concern about a lesson itself — its quality, a cancellation by the Coach, an injury during the session, or anything else related to the coaching provided — your recourse is with the Coach directly, not the Club. 4. Payments and refunds

Payment for your lesson may be made either through the Club's website at the time of booking, or paid directly to your Coach — your booking confirmation email will tell you which applies and how to pay. Once paid, lessons booked through Central City Baseball Club are non-refundable through the Club. If you need to reschedule your lesson, or want to request a refund of the coach's portion of the fee, contact your Coach directly using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation email. By completing payment, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Your information

Details you provide when booking (player name, date of birth, contact details, medical notes) are shared with your Coach so they can prepare for and safely deliver your lesson, and are used by the Club only to facilitate the booking and payment.
