The Annual General Meeting for the club will take place online on September 30th at 8:00pm
The meeting link will be posted on social media.
We are required to have a minimum of 10 members present at the AGM, so please join us if you can.
The AGM will follow the agenda outlined in our constitution:
- Opening of Meeting
- Apologies
- Confirmation of Minutes of previous Annual General Meeting
- Presentation of Annual (President’s) Report
- Presentation of Treasurer’s statement
- Election of New Executive
- Vote of thanks to outgoing Executive
- Notice/s of Motion if any
- Relevant general business
- Closure
